Right of withdrawal (14 days)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the item without giving any reason. You can use our cancellation form at any time, and you will immediately receive an email confirmation with the date and time. The 60-day return period below is a voluntary additional service on top of your statutory right of withdrawal.

At Noreva Home, we want you to shop with peace of mind. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re happy to help you in a simple and fair way.

Returns

You have 60 days from the delivery date to request a return.

For an item to be approved for return, it must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

How to start a return

Send an email to support@norevahome.com and provide your order number. Our customer service team will quickly guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping

The cost of returning the item is paid by the customer.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service so you can follow the package throughout its journey. Noreva Home cannot be held responsible for return packages lost in transit.

Exchange

Would you like to exchange your item? We’ll be happy to help. Contact us, and we’ll find a solution that suits you.

Refund

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Please note that it may take a couple of additional days for the amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
